Cooking method
Shrimps are cleaned from shells, washed under running water, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Stir (you can cover with a lid and shake vigorously a couple of times). Put the shrimp in a frying pan and fry in olive oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Rub the pieces of the loaf with garlic and fry in a dry frying pan until a light blush. Cut the resulting croutons into cubes.
Picking salad:
- we put the washed salad leaves and other greens in a deep container, tearing them into pieces, smearing them with mayonnaise;
- cut the tomatoes in half and add to the salad;
- add shrimp;
- cut the parmesan into thin slices, add to the salad;
- divide the contents of the bowl into portions, add crackers and serve on the table.
