Caesar salad with shrimp with mayonnaise

A variant of everyone's favorite salad with mayonnaise. Delicious! His Majesty "Caesar" is everyone's favorite in our house. It is clear that with complex sauces, the salad acquires rich flavors. But it is also obvious that it takes extra time to prepare such a sauce. Since we cook "Caesar" quite often, I managed to bypass the sauce by replacing it with mayonnaise. And, I'll tell you, it turned out to be a pretty good option)) my household didn't even notice the "catch"!

Shrimps are cleaned from shells, washed under running water, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Stir (you can cover with a lid and shake vigorously a couple of times). Put the shrimp in a frying pan and fry in olive oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Rub the pieces of the loaf with garlic and fry in a dry frying pan until a light blush. Cut the resulting croutons into cubes.

Picking salad:

- we put the washed salad leaves and other greens in a deep container, tearing them into pieces, smearing them with mayonnaise;

- cut the tomatoes in half and add to the salad;

- add shrimp;

- cut the parmesan into thin slices, add to the salad;

- divide the contents of the bowl into portions, add crackers and serve on the table.
