Onion is very thinly cut into half rings, garlic finely chopped. All the ingredients will be combined in a glass bowl.
Rub allspice in a mortar, add black pepper, basil, suneli hops, coriander, ginger. Add to the bowl.
Pour in tomato juice and soy sauce, add starch, mix.
Now the meat can be spread in a marinade, in which it should be left for at least 60 minutes, and ideally for 3-4 hours.
Fry a kebab, good mood and bon appetit!
