Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake apples with honey, cinnamon and buckwheat nuts in the microwave? Prepare the products according to the list. Apples are better to take local varieties, uncoated. Otherwise, wash them well with a brush.
Step 2:
Remove the pitted core from the apples with a teaspoon or a special gadget.
Step 3:
Pour ground cinnamon inside the apples.
Step 4:
Add coarsely chopped or simply broken walnut kernels by hand. We will not put honey right away, so as not to turn it into just a sweet additive.
Step 5:
Put the apples in a microwave pot or any suitable mold without metal ornaments or handles. Put the mold in the microwave for 8 minutes at 800 watts. This mode is individual for different microwave ovens, so when cooking for the first time, turn on the microwave for 2-3 minutes and see the result.
Step 6:
Apples will change color, release a lot of juice. Remove the mold from the oven, cool it down a little and add honey inside, pour the released apple juice. We specifically do not put honey inside immediately before baking, so as not to lose its useful properties when heated.
Step 7:
Serve baked apples in the microwave with honey for dessert, garnished with slices of nuts, candied fruits, berries.
Whole baked apples in the microwave are a wonderful delicious and healthy dessert. I advise children to cook it more often. The cinnamon, honey and walnuts used in the recipe, and the apples themselves are excellent sources of useful properties: vitamins, minerals, which also have an antioxidant effect.
Keep in mind that microwaves don't work the same way. The cooking time and recommended power may differ from those stated in the recipe. Read the instructions for your device and take into account the features of your equipment.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
