Shark for a couple

Steamed fish is much healthier than fried! The shark can be steamed using a steamer or a slow cooker, the dish turns out to be dietary and healthy. If there is no corn oil, it can be replaced with any vegetable oil to taste.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 h 30 min

1. Shark fillet is thawed, soaked in cold water overnight. Before cooking, thoroughly dry the fish with paper towels so that the finished dish is not too watery.

2. Peel garlic and ginger, chop finely. Pour corn oil into a bowl, add chopped garlic and ginger, salt, mix.

3. Rub the shark meat with the resulting mixture, place it in a steamer, cook for 15 minutes.

Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped herbs and grated cheese if desired. As a side dish, you can use vegetables, cereals, legumes.
