1. I wash the papaya, peel the skin from half of the fruit, using a sharp knife, we do not make deep and frequent notches, thus we get a thin papaya straw. You can cut the fruit in another way, the main thing is to get thin strips.
2. My green Chinese beans, cut off the ends on both sides. My tomato, cut into quarters.
3. Peel the garlic, grind it in a mortar together with chili pepper, then add the dried shrimp, rub them as well. We also put beans and tomatoes here, crush them with a pestle.
4. Add lime juice and oyster sauce to the mortar, pour palm sugar, mix.
5. We spread papaya on a serving dish, pour it with sauce with vegetables from a mortar, add pieces of boiled blue crab, serve it on the table.
