Cooking method
1. Spinach is washed under running water, lightly dried, put in a deep salad bowl.
2. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, spread it with spinach.
3. Wash the avocado, peel it, cut it in half, cut each half into thin plates, send it after the onion.
4. Peel the pears, cut out the core with the seeds, cut into cubes, spread with the rest of the ingredients. We also pour pumpkin seeds into the salad.
5. In a separate bowl, pour mango and lime juice, soy oil, season with salt, pepper and cumin, mix.
6. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve it on the table.
