Cooking method
If the beans are long, cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Boil in boiling water for 7 minutes . Beans
should become a bright green color, and at the same time remain elastic.
Drain the water and transfer the beans to a bowl of ice water so that they do not lose their color.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Finely chop the greens.
Put the beans in a colander and dry a little. Transfer to a bowl, add the onion and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
Mix honey, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl. Season the salad. Cover the salad bowl with clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
