Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Kefir is slightly heated, just do not overheat. Pour sugar, salt into it, pour vegetable oil, mix everything well. DO NOT ADD SODA !!! Gradually add flour. The dough should be elastic, but by no means tight, so do not pour all the flour at once, but only not in very large portions. If the dough turns out to be very tight, then it will not have air bubbles, which give our dough an amazing taste.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick. 1/3 of the soda sprinkle the entire dough layer. It is advisable to do this evenly over the entire surface.
Step 3:
Put the dough in three layers. First we fold 1/3 of the part from one edge

Step 6:

Step 7:
Roll it out again into a 1 cm thick layer, sprinkle with soda and fold it in the same way. Then we roll it out again and repeat it all again. As a result, we have to roll out 3 times, sprinkle with soda and fold the dough. Each time the dough becomes more lush and porous.
Step 8:
The dough is ready, cover it with a bag or any container and leave it for 40 minutes so that it rises.
