Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
If there are no ready-made cakes, then the day before cooking the cake, you need to bake two biscuits using a round shape, 22 cm in diameter, and a rectangular shape. If one cake turned out to be slightly higher than the other, then in the process of assembling the cake it can be leveled.
Step 2:
Cut a round biscuit crosswise into 2 equal parts. Measure the cut half of the cake from edge to edge with a ruler, it should be 21 cm.
Step 3:
From a rectangular biscuit you need to make a square with a side of 21 cm. To do this, use a ruler to outline the desired length in several parts of the cake and cut off the side edge of the biscuit. Then measure the second side and cut it off to end up with a square with equal sides.
Step 4:
Turn the square with the two sides cut off upwards. The sides where there is no cut should be at the bottom. Then attach two semicircular biscuits to the cut sides of the square - it turns out a heart!
Step 5:
Cut each part into 2 cakes and start assembling the cake.
Step 6:
Lightly soak the cakes with syrup.
Step 7:
Grease two semicircular and one square cake with cream and cherries.
Step 8:
Cut the remaining previously cut part of a rectangular biscuit into strips 1 cm thick.
Step 9:
Put the strips on a square cake, greased with cream. Align everything with cream.
Step 10:
Cover everything with the remaining cakes and press down. Lay out the cake in the shape of a heart as it should ideally lie.
Step 11:
To connect all the parts, lubricate the side sections with chocolate fudge - glaze.
Step 12:
Pour over everything with chocolate fudge-icing. Bon appetit!
Step 13:
Happy Valentine's Day! Love and happiness to all!
