Step 1:
Soak buckwheat overnight. You can germinate it.
Step 2:
Grate raw carrots on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Stir the buckwheat and carrots and make a puree from this mass in a blender. Sprinkle a little oil, mix well again.
Step 4:
Put the filling on the nori and roll it into rolls. You can use cucumber, pepper or avocado by cutting them into strips and placing them in the middle. And also such rolls go well with sesame seeds. Do not cut the finished rolls immediately, but cover them with cling film, put them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the nori softens a little. Bon appetit!
