Fry pork pieces in vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and carrots to the same place. Add salt, spices, and simmer for about two minutes.
Add the washed peas to the roast, pour water so that it is above the level of the peas by 2 cm. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, cook until ready as you like. That is, the peas may be slightly undercooked, overcooked - this is already to your taste. Serve pea porridge with meat, seasoned with butter, with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
