Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the dumpling dough. Rice flour, of course, is not as obedient in work as wheat flour, it is a little more difficult to knead the dough on dumplings. Therefore, if there is no restriction on gluten, it should be mixed with wheat, and the dough should be prepared in the usual way for dumplings. When using only rice flour, the cooking process is different. And not everyone likes this dough in the end. How to do it - the choice is yours.
Step 2:
Sift the flour and mix.
Step 3:
Add salt and egg. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Then pour in the water. Last of all, add vegetable oil. Knead the dough. You will have to knead the dough carefully so that it becomes elastic and smooth. It feels like rice flour dough turns out to be less steep than wheat flour dough.
Step 5:
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it to rest for an hour. It will reach the desired consistency. The rice flour particles will absorb all the moisture and the dough will become denser and steeper.
Step 6:
The rice flour dough is ready. You can proceed to the preparation and cooking of dumplings. Dumplings from such dough turn out tastier, the dough rolls out very thinly and does not tear during cooking. So that it does not stick to your hands during rolling, you need to dip your hands in rice flour. This dough is suitable not only for meat dumplings, but also with any other filling. Bon appetit!
