Cooking method
1. Pour the milk into a bowl, warm it up to a warm state.
2. Pour yeast and a little sugar (1 teaspoon) into the warm milk, mix, leave for 10-15 minutes until the foam cap appears.
3. Meanwhile, break the eggs into a separate bowl, pour the remaining sugar, add a pinch of salt, whisk the mass with a fork.
3. Now combine the egg mass with the milk-yeast mass, add the softened margarine and vegetable oil, mix, sift the flour and knead the soft dough.
4. Leave the dough in a warm place, covered with cling film, for an hour and a half.
5. After that, powder the work surface with flour, put the dough on it and knead it properly. The dough should be very soft, not stick to your hands. In order not to add extra flour, it is enough to lubricate your palms with vegetable oil a little. Now the dough is ready, you can make pies, buns, pies and other sweets from it.
