Pizza dough with olive oil on milk

Thin and at the same time soft pizza base! Pizza dough with milk is the perfect solution for lovers of thin pizza! The dough does not have yeast in its composition, but nevertheless it turns out to be very soft and tender. You can use any vegetable oil for cooking, but olive oil is still a priority.

Cooking method

1. In a deep bowl, sift flour, pour salt.

2. Break the eggs into a separate container, pour milk and olive oil to them, mix everything with a hand whisk or with a fork.

3. Continuously stirring, pour the mixture of liquid ingredients into the flour until the mass becomes thick and sticky.

4. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, spread the dough on it and continue kneading with 10-15 hands until it stops sticking to your hands.

5. Then roll the dough into a ball and wrap it with a damp warm towel, leave it in this position for 15 minutes.
