Soft Pirozhki Dough with Powdered Milk and Yeast

    1. Put the powdered milk in a bowl and add the sugar and yeast.
    1. Pour warm water over the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    1. Leave the mixture somewhere warm for 15–20 minutes, then crack in the eggs, add the softened butter and the salt, and stir.
    1. Sift in the flour and knead a soft dough.
    1. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for an hour and a half.
