Cooking method
1. Pour the powdered milk into a bowl, add sugar and yeast.
2. Pour warm water to the dry ingredients, using a whisk, combine the ingredients until smooth.
3. Leave the mixture in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, then break the eggs, spread the softened margarine, add salt, mix.
4. In the resulting mass, sift the flour, knead the soft dough.
5. We leave the dough for an hour and a half, covered with cling film.
The dough is elastic, soft, convenient to work with.
