Put yeast in a small bowl, pour warm milk, add sugar. Mix everything well.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, make a small depression in the center and pour the milk mixture into it. Leave for 10 minutes until the reaction starts (foam cap on the surface of the mass).
Then pour vegetable oil, break the egg, add salt. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Then we beat the dough on the table - just lift it about 50-60 cm above the work surface and throw it, and so we "play" with the dough for 1-2 minutes.
That's it, the dough is ready! You can immediately start modeling pies, cheesecakes and other yummy things!
