Cooking method
1. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, rub the yolks with sugar with a tablespoon.
2. Pour milk into the yolk mass, add vanilla, mix.
3. In the resulting mass, sift the flour, mix with a whisk.
4. Quench the soda with lemon juice, add it to the dough.
5. Whisk the proteins with a mixer until stable peaks, put them in the dough, mix gently.
You can add fruits or berries to the dough if desired, as well as spices, such as cinnamon.
