1. Pour soy sauce into a small bowl, add honey, stir the mass thoroughly so that the honey completely dissolves. You can also pre-melt honey in a slow cooker, thereby facilitating the process of mixing ingredients.
2. Add Dijon mustard to the resulting mass, pour ground nutmeg, pepper mixture and salt, mix.
3. Leave the marinade for 5-10 minutes at room temperature so that the flavors and aromas combine properly.
