Cottage cheese dough for pies

Delicious pies are made from this dough! Try! I've been into baking lately. My family is delighted, and the spirit of the experimenter has awakened in me. My find is a wonderful curd dough for fragrant and delicious pastries. It can be used to make pies with any filling.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat it with a blender, add sour cream mixed with soda. Add salt and mix well.
2. Beat the egg with a whisk, add it to the curd-sour cream mixture.
3. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
4. Add the flour in parts and knead the dough. It will stick slightly to your hands.
5. Leave it under the film for half an hour.

The dough is ready! Now you can bake the pies yourself.
