Cooking method
1. Take a deep bowl and mix kefir, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt in it.
2. Sift the flour.
3. Add a little flour to the bowl, kneading an elastic and not tight dough.
4. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rest for 15-25 minutes.
5. Defrost the margarine until soft.
6. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, smear with margarine, wind it on a rolling pin.
7. Cut the dough on a rolling pin to make a rectangle, which in turn cut in half. Fold the resulting rectangles together, and then fold in half.
8. Put the dough in the freezer for 40 minutes.
