Cooking method
To begin with, separate the yolks from the whites, put the whites in the refrigerator. Melt the butter and heat the milk.
Beat the yolks with a mixer with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add butter, milk, rum and whisk again.
Sift flour and mix it with yeast.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, kneading a soft dough.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel or tighten with a film and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
A roll of such dough is baked at a temperature of 190 degrees for 40-55 minutes, depending on the oven.
