Cooking method
1. In a small bowl, pour yeast and a pinch of sugar, pour warm water, mix. Leave for 15 minutes until the foam cap appears.
2. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, pour sugar, beat the mass with a mixer.
3. Pour salt, mix.
4. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, pour the yeast mass that has come up, egg mixture and milk, add softened margarine.
5. Knead the dough first in a bowl, and then on a work surface powdered with flour.
6. It turned out a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. We collect it into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with cling film, leave it in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
7. After the specified time, pour the approached dough with vegetable oil and knead again. We leave it for re-proofing for 50 minutes.
Knead the dough and start making pies.
