Kiwi Gelatin Jelly Dessert
A light fruit dessert of kiwi in mint jelly. This jelly comes out very tasty. Ages ago I made a jelly like this, but with kiwi purée. This recipe, where the kiwi is cut into pieces, seems much tastier to me.

Step 1:
How do you make a kiwi gelatin jelly dessert? Gather all the ingredients you'll need.

Cover the gelatin with cold water.

Cut the kiwi into small pieces.

Step 4:
Pour the water into a saucepan and add the sugar.

Step 5:
Bring the syrup to a boil.

Step 6:
Add the kiwi pieces to the boiling syrup and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Step 7:
Lift the fruit out of the syrup.

Step 8:
Squeeze out the gelatin sheets and add them to the syrup. Cook, stirring, until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Step 9:
Add the mint sprigs to the syrup and cook for 1 minute.

Step 10:
Then remove the mint.

Step 11:
Divide the kiwi among the molds you'll set the jelly in.

Step 12:
Pour the hot syrup into the molds. Refrigerate until fully set. Turn the finished jelly out onto a plate and garnish with mint leaves.
