A super quick and easy cottage cheese breakfast! Lazy cottage cheese dumplings make a wonderful morning meal. They're called "lazy" because you don't have to stand at the stove frying them — you just drop everything into boiling water and cook it. It turns out delicious!

  • How do you make lazy cottage cheese dumplings?
    1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it, then add the salt and sugar. 2. Add the egg to the cottage cheese mixture and stir. 3. Add the semolina and mix well again. 4. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. 5. Now shape the dumplings. You can simply roll the dough into little balls, or roll it into a log and cut it into pieces with a knife. 6. Drop the dumplings into lightly salted boiling water and cook for 3–5 minutes. Enjoy!
