Cooking method
1. Apples are washed under running water. Then peel them, cut them into four parts, cut out the core with seeds.
2. We put the peeled apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
3. Pour sugar to the apples. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it immediately to the apples. We also pour water.
4. We send the pan to the fire. Cook the apples for 10-15 minutes. All moisture should evaporate, and fruits should become soft. In the process, stir so that the apples do not burn.
5. Chop the apples with a blender to get applesauce. You can also wipe them through a sieve, only very carefully so as not to get burned.
6. Put applesauce in a bowl, add custard to it. If the cream was prepared directly for this recipe, it must first cool down well.
7. Mix the ingredients well until smooth. We choose an ice cream container, it should be a tray or a rectangular shape. The main thing is that the ice cream layer in it is not too thick, no more than 3 centimeters.
8. We put the mass into the selected container, level it. We cover it with cling film and send it to the freezer for two hours.
9. After the specified time, we take out the ice cream, it has not yet frozen properly. Mix it with a spatula. This is necessary to give a light and airy consistency.
10. We return the ice cream to the freezer for another two hours.
We lay out the ice cream in portions with a special spoon. Decorate to taste, you can just use a mint leaf. Bon appetit!
