Cut the processed cheese finely (you can grate it on a coarse grater) and send it to boiling water. With constant stirring, cook the soup for a few minutes. Cut the cooked carrots into strips, and finely chop the onion and herbs. Next, carrots, onions and herbs should be poured with cheese broth, while salting and peppering it.
