Norwegian Salmon Soup with Cream

A quick, simple, light soup — fragrant and delicious! This soup is a real treat. I don't know about everyone else, but I can make and eat it all the time and somehow never tire of it!

    1. Put the water on to boil. 2. Peel the onion and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and the onion into thin half-rings. Cut the fish into cubes. 3. When the water boils, add the potatoes, onion, and bay leaf, and cook until the potatoes are tender. 4. Add the fish and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Take the soup off the heat, stir in the cream, and let it stand for 5 minutes. 6. Add salt to taste and serve. You can scatter a few fresh herbs on top. Enjoy!
