My children were not spared by the boom of "American food" either. And while my youngest son was hitting the floor with a slipper and shouting that he wanted to go to McDonald's, I was frantically thinking how to avoid daily hikes. No arguments about the dangers of fast food did not help. The most important answer is: "Everyone goes!". Persuasions like: "Well, who, everyone? Who has a lot of extra money, who does not feel sorry for their own health and ... Americans." But the child stubbornly wanted to become an American, at least for a while. I had to urgently look for a recipe for some useful American dish. And it was found. Kind people helped and even provided colorful photos. One day I cooked tomato cream soup with chicken, which was rated by all my relatives at five.
The main ingredient of the soup is tomatoes, get rid of their skins. To do this, pour boiling water over it thoroughly and turn it into a puree using a sieve. Pass the boiled chicken through a meat grinder.
10 minutes hold the mass of tomatoes together with minced chicken over low heat in a saucepan. Then add all the spices, salt and pour in the olive oil. Stir and cook evenly for 1 minute.
Divide the mazzarella into small cubes, washed basil
Pour the soup into serving plates and add pieces of cheese and herbs to each.
