Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a salad with cheese, sausage and corn? Prepare all the necessary products for the recipe. Take any smoked sausage. Cheese is suitable for hard varieties. Open the jar of corn and drain the liquid.
Step 2:
Peel the carrots, rinse and dry. Grate the carrots on a grater with large teeth. Send it to a deep convenient salad bowl.
Step 3:
Remove the shell from the sausage. Cut the sausage into thin slices and send it to the carrot.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese and add it to the salad bowl.
Step 5:
Send canned corn and mayonnaise to all the ingredients. The amount of mayonnaise can be reduced or increased to your liking. I don't like too much mayonnaise in salads, so I always try to add it to a minimum.
Step 6:
Peel the garlic. Grate the tooth on a fine grater or pass it through a garlic press. Send to all products. Add salt and pepper to taste. Rinse the greens and dry them with paper napkins to get rid of excess moisture. Green young onions, dill or parsley are perfect for salad. Chop the greens finely and add to the salad.
Step 7:
Mix everything thoroughly. Before serving, decorate the finished dish with a few sprigs of parsley or dill.
Step 8:
Done! You can serve.
For such a salad, it is better to use homemade mayonnaise.
Bon appetit!
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
How to buy canned corn correctly? Be sure to check the expiration date on the jar. If the container is glass, carefully consider the grains. They should be the same size and color, solid and spotless. The composition should not contain dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
