Squid and Avocado Salad
A delicious dish that disappears off the table in seconds — and it's easy to make! Squid and avocado are familiar to everyone, but not everyone knows how to put them together just right.

Drop the thawed squid (ice removed) into boiling water. As soon as the water returns to a boil, take the pot off the heat, cool the squid under cold running water, and clean it.

Peel the avocado and onion, then cut them into small pieces.

Next, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the cilantro and chili.

Combine everything in one bowl. Squeeze over a little lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

Sear the squid in a skillet for one minute on each side. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Pile the rest of the chopped vegetables on top, squeeze over a little more lemon juice, and season again with salt and pepper. The squid and avocado salad is ready — enjoy!
