Quick "Paris" Salad

Craving something light and fresh? Make it and enjoy! A very light, tasty, fresh salad where the ingredients really shine. It comes together in literally 5 minutes, and the payoff is huge! I make this salad often — I found the recipe online once, and it's been a favorite ever since.

  • How do you make a quick "Paris" salad? Boil the chicken breast, let it cool, and cut all the ingredients into large cubes.
  • Use a tart apple variety — I like Granny Smith.
  • Add fresh herbs and sour cream to taste. Enjoy!
  • The salad looks neat and attractive if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (cubes, for example).
