Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

You will need an unsalted cracker, one banana, two kiwis, nuts, chocolate and coconut chips if desired. Condensed milk can already be bought boiled or cooked by yourself. To do this, immerse a jar of condensed milk (do not forget to remove the paper label in advance) in a pot of boiling water. It is important that the water completely covers the jar, otherwise the condensed milk may explode. Cook for about 3 hours on low heat. Carefully remove the jar, cool at room temperature.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Mix sour cream in a container (20-30% fat content) with condensed milk. Condensed milk can be replaced with powdered sugar 100 grams. Sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream or mascarpone cheese. If desired, add vanilla sugar (about 1 tbsp. l.) or vanilla (on the tip of a knife). Be sure to read the instructions before use. If you add more vanilla than you need, the taste of the cake will be bitter.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy. The cream is ready.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash banana and kiwi, dry with paper towels. Leave one kiwi for decoration, cut the rest of the fruit into small pieces.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put cookies in a bowl. Add the cream.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Add chopped fruit.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Put the peeled walnuts in the microwave for 3-4 minutes or dry them in a dry frying pan, then chop them with a knife or in a blender and send them to the rest of the ingredients.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

    Mix the whole mass well.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Cover the detachable round cake pan (18-20 cm in diameter) with cling film so that the mass does not leak out. You can also use an enameled bowl, silicone, plastic mold.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Put the mass into the mold, level the surface, tamp it well. Cover the top with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or even more (4-8 hours). The longer the cake is soaked, the tastier it will be.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

After the specified time, carefully turn the cake onto a flat plate, free it from the film.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Decorate to taste and at your discretion. For example, rub dark chocolate on top, put a flower out of walnuts in the center.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Kiwi, which you left for decoration, thinly cut into plates and lay out around the perimeter of the cake. You can also decorate with coconut shavings (I have colored shavings – it turns out very nicely).

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Serve the treat with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!

Along with a cracker, you can add dried berries (cherries, raspberries) or pieces of chocolate to the cake.

You can replace the cracker with any shortbread. Suitable oatmeal, ordinary square cookies with the aroma of melted milk, sugar. Such cookies will first need to be broken into small pieces.
