Cooking method
The recipe for making blueberry jam does not require much effort and a huge amount of time.
I recommend to stock up on them at least in minimal quantities.
So, the extracted blueberries should be sorted and washed.
Then our berries need to be kneaded. I use a food processor in grinding mode for this. I really do not recommend using a blender – blueberries will be evenly distributed over all surfaces of your kitchen.
We cook sugar syrup from sugar and water and lower the resulting puree from berries into it.
Jam should be cooked for no more than 15 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly.
In hot form, the resulting jam from blueberries is poured into clean, dry jars and closed with lids.
Ready blueberry jam is stored in a darkened cool place.
By the way, the jam according to this recipe turns out to be quite liquid.
If you don't like this, then we take half as much water, and cook three times longer.
