Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The foods we need to make salad with chicken and squid. The chicken fillet has already been boiled and cooled, the squid too.
Step 2:
Hard-boiled eggs, peeled from the shell, cut into large cubes.
Step 3:
Shred a large onion with thin half rings.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the chopped onion with sugar, sprinkle with vinegar. We crush it with our hands, squeeze it out. The resulting juice contains bitterness. We merge it.
Step 5:
Pre-boiled until ready with salt and spices (at your discretion; I took black pepper and bay leaf) and the already cooled chicken fillet cut into medium cubes.
Step 6:
Quickly boiled (no more than 2 minutes after boiling, otherwise they will turn into rubber : ((( ) and cut the cooled squid carcasses into strips diagonally.
Step 7:
Mix all the prepared ingredients, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise to taste. I also added a little finely chopped dill (don't put too much of it).
Step 8:
Spread the finished salad on a flat dish, forming a dome, decorate with lettuce leaves, thinly sliced lemon slices, pomegranate seeds. Or in some other way, let your imagination tell you! Voila! Salad with squid and chicken is ready. Call the guests and hide this temptation away in the refrigerator until they arrive.
