Step 1:

Step 3:
Cut thin strips from carrots to decorate the salad, grate the rest on a large grater.

Step 6:
3rd layer – finely chopped onion and a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 7:
4th layer - finely chopped chicken fillet, a mesh of mayonnaise. To simplify the laying out of the smooth edges of the layer, I substitute a board and lay out first along the edge then the middle.

5th layer – grated egg yolks and a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 9:
6th layer – chopped pickled mushrooms, a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 10:
7th layer – grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 11:
8th layer – grated egg whites.
Step 12:
At your choice – the sides of the salad can be left multicolored or hidden. To apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on the sides of the salad, use a spatula or a knife. Then cover the edges with the remaining egg white.
Step 13:
Decorate the salad. We put a beetroot rose in the center of the salad. First, we make a bud from small scraps of beets. Then we make rose petals from thin circles of beetroot.
Step 14:
Then lay out the carrot strips.
Step 15:
And leaves around a rose made of parsley twigs. We leave the salad for 1 hour for impregnation. Enjoy your meal!
