Royal Salad with Chicken and Corn
A simple recipe fit for royalty — get ready for pure bliss! This salad comes together fast and takes hardly any effort. The first time I had it was at a café, and I loved it. One day I decided to make it myself, and it came out even richer and tastier than the café version. Now I make it for just about every holiday — and plenty of ordinary days too.

Cooking method
- Boil the chicken leg until tender, let it cool, and cut it into strips. Make a potato nest: grate the potato (I used a Korean-carrot grater), pat it dry with a paper towel, and fry it in well-heated oil until crisp, then set it on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil. Grate the cucumber and cheese as well. Cut the tomatoes and lettuce into strips. Arrange all the prepped ingredients in little mounds on a flat platter, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with mayonnaise. Toss the salad right before serving.
