Step 1:
To prepare the Imperial salad, the following ingredients are needed: chicken breasts, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, sunflower oil, table salt, vinegar, and for decoration - fresh parsley.
Step 2:
Boil the chicken breast until tender and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 4:
Pickle the onion. To do this, add vinegar, sugar and salt to the onion. Stir, squeeze the onion slightly with your hands. Leave for 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Beat the egg and sunflower oil in a bowl.
Step 6:
From the resulting egg mixture, bake two thin pancakes. Pancakes are baked very quickly: no more than a minute on the first side and 30 seconds on the second.
Step 7:
Cut the pancakes into strips. For convenience, the pancake can be rolled into a roll.
Step 8:
Proceed to the formation of the salad. The first layer is half of the chopped chicken breast. We smear the layer with mayonnaise.
Step 9:
Put the onion pickled with half rings in the second layer. Grease the onion with mayonnaise on top.
Step 10:
Put the second half of the chicken breast. Do not forget to smear with mayonnaise.
Step 11:
And the last layer is pancakes. We will not use mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with parsley. We serve it to the table.
