Cooking method
Vegetables are pre-washed and boiled. Then we peel them.
1. Put pita bread on foil or food wrap and lubricate with mayonnaise.
2. Spread a layer of beets grated on a grater.
3. We lubricate the lavash with mayonnaise.
4. The next layer is potatoes, grate it on a grater.
5. Lavash is smeared with mayonnaise.
6. Grate carrots.
7. Lavash is smeared with mayonnaise.
8. Rub the eggs on a fine grater.
9. Cut the herring fillet into pieces and spread it on pita bread.
10. We roll the pita bread into a roll with the help of a food film and put it in the refrigerator.
