Step-by-step cooking
First of all, wash the potatoes, then peel and cut them into thin strips. By the way, a grater "Bernera" or a grater for Korean carrots will help you in this. First we put the chicken to cook. And in parallel, we will put the potatoes in a frying pan, heated with vegetable oil, and fry it on high heat. And fry, without stirring, until it is covered with a ruddy crust. After that, turn the potatoes over, and fry in the same way until browned and on the other side. Then remove the potatoes from the heat, salt and cool it.
Chicken meat is usually separated from the bone. We will cut it not very finely, dividing it into fibers. Then cut the ham into thin strips and small pieces - champignons. The whites of hard-boiled eggs will be separated from the yolks, and we will rub them on a large grater.
And now let's cook bird eggs. Yolks, like cheese, grate on the same coarse grater. The greens should be washed, dried and finely chopped. Now it's the turn of the garlic, which we, having cleaned, will pass through the garlic juicer.
To make beautiful eggs, combine the egg yolks with cheese, herbs, garlic, add a little mayonnaise there for viscosity and mix well. You see that now it will be easy to mold bird eggs from the cheese mass.
In a plate, mix the chicken meat with mushrooms, ham and egg whites. Add mayonnaise to this delicious mass and mix it well. Cover the bottom of a flat plate with washed and dried lettuce leaves. On them, in the form of a nest, we will beautifully lay out the resulting mass, making a small depression in the middle.
And you can decorate our salad with fried potatoes, which will successfully simulate a bird's nest. Well, we'll put the cheese eggs in the recess. Don't forget to decorate this work of art with greenery.
