Step 1:
How to make an Emerald Salad? Hard-boiled five chicken eggs, then after cooling, we separate the whites from the yolk.
Step 2:
Separately, grate the egg whites on a fine grater in one plate.

Step 4:
Cut into pieces three hundred and fifty grams of boiled beef and chop them into cubes.

Remove the peel from two apples and also cut them into small cubes.

Remove the skin from seven kiwi fruits, remove the core and cut five of them into small cubes.
