Cooking method
The berries need to be frozen a little to reduce the loss of juice during tearing from the branches, sort and rinse.
Crush the berries with a pusher or pass through a meat grinder.
Transfer to an enameled basin, add sugar, water and cook stirring until cooked (as soon as boiled).
Put the ready-made jam from viburnum into dry warmed jars, roll up the lids and put upside down until completely cooled.
