Step 1:
How to make pear juice for winter? Prepare the products. Take hard and juicy pears. They should be ripe enough to make the juice delicious and sweet. Wash them thoroughly and wipe them with a towel.

Cut the pears into four pieces and remove the core and damaged areas.

Step 4:
Strain the resulting mixture of juice and pulp through cheesecloth. If you want a lighter juice, fold it into several layers, with the pulp — one thin layer is enough. Then gather the gauze into a bundle and squeeze out the remaining juice thoroughly. One kilogram of pears usually produces about half a liter of juice. Step 5:
Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over low heat. Boil the juice for 15 minutes. Remove the foam that will appear with a spoon. You can add a little sugar, but this is not necessary, because the juice from pears is sweet enough by itself. Pour the hot juice into sterilized jars and close with a sterilized lid. Wrap the jars in something warm and leave to cool completely.
