No-Bake Cold Cheesecake

- In a mixing bowl, crush the chocolate cookies. Add the sugar and butter and mix until smooth. Press a layer of the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan, forming a 1.5–2 cm rim. Set aside some of the "crust" for decoration. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, chocolate syrup, and condensed milk. Set it aside. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, add the cheese-and-chocolate mixture, and mix until smooth. Spoon the creamy filling onto the prepared base. Decorate the top. Cover and put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Take it out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
