Cooking method
In a dough bowl, knead the chocolate cookies. Add sugar and butter. Mix until smooth.
We put a layer of the resulting mixture on the bottom of the split baking dish, form a 1.5-2 cm high side. We leave part of the "test" for decoration.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, chocolate syrup and condensed milk. Set aside.
Beat the cream with a whisk until stable peaks, add the cheese-chocolate mixture to them and mix until smooth.
Put the cream filling on a pre-prepared base. Decorate the top.
Cover with a lid and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
