Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a salad with red bell pepper? Measure out the right ingredients. Drain the liquid from the canned beans and discard the beans in a colander (from the drained liquid, aquafabs, you can, by the way, make mayonnaise). Thoroughly wash the vegetables and herbs, dry them.
Step 2:
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and stalk and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Cut the pineapples into small pieces. If they are canned, let the juice drain from them so that the salad does not float in the end. If you don't like pineapples, replace them with something else, juicy and sour. Or remove it completely, without replacing it with anything.
Step 4:
Cut cherry tomatoes into two halves each.
Step 5:
In a salad bowl, combine all the chopped products: bell peppers, pineapples, cherry tomatoes - and beans. Tear the fresh greens into small pieces with your hands and add them to the salad.
Step 6:
Pour olive oil over the salad. Instead of olive oil, you can take any vegetable, to your taste.
Step 7:
Season the salad with wine vinegar. Salad dressing, by the way, you can mix in advance in a separate bowl and add salt, ground pepper and spices to it.
Step 8:
Mix all the ingredients well in the salad bowl. Arrange the salad on plates. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt or Italian herbs on top.
This salad will look even more beautiful if you take vegetables of different colors. For example: green, red, yellow bell peppers, red and yellow cherry tomatoes. For the taste, it is recommended to add onions, preferably salad, red. Although it can be replaced with green if desired.
If you want to achieve a more delicate taste, bake the bell pepper in the oven and add it to the salad warm. In this case, you can replace cherry with dried tomatoes, it will also turn out very tasty!
The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
