Cooking method

  1. Step 1:

    Step 1

Gather all the ingredients. The milk and butter can be any fat content, but use good-quality chocolate. Pour the milk into a deep saucepan and set it over the heat.

    Step 2

Warm the milk without letting it boil. Break the chocolate bar into small squares and add them to the milk a little at a time, stirring well so the chocolate melts completely, then bring the milk-chocolate mixture to a boil.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3

Pour 100 g of semolina into the boiling milk in a thin stream so it doesn't clump, stirring as you go. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, until thickened, then let it cool completely.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4

Add the butter to the cooled mixture and beat with a mixer for 3–5 minutes, until it's smooth and airy.

  • Chocolate desserts are a timeless classic—a little something sweet can brighten the gloomiest day and set a festive mood. There are no strict rules here, so feel free to get creative: fruit, berries, nuts, ice cream, marshmallows, meringue, and more all work beautifully. The base is chocolate or cocoa, and you can use dark or white. Depending on what you're after, you could whip up an airy chocolate mousse or soufflé, bake a moist brownie or molten chocolate cake, drizzle fruit with chocolate sauce, or melt chocolate for fondue. Any chocolate dessert makes a beautiful centerpiece and turns an ordinary day into a celebration.
