Cooking method
1) Gelatin is diluted with hot milk, put on a steam bath and stirring, let the gelatin completely dissolve while the milk should not boil.
2) Put cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in the blender bowl for about three minutes. Add milk with gelatin, which has already cooled down enough. Whisk for about a couple more minutes.
3) Pour into the creamers, if desired, you can add berries. I have red currant, the combination of sweet dessert and light sourness of currant makes this wonderful dessert even tastier! We send it to the refrigerator for three to four hours.
4) If you made a dessert in one large form and you need to extract it in order to divide it into portions, for this, lower the dessert form into hot water for a few seconds, make sure that the water does not get on the dessert itself. Then cover with a plate, turn over and shake well.
