Step 1:
Chop the onion very finely.
Step 2:
Pour the onion into a bowl and add 1 chine.l. sugar and 1 tsp.l. salt.
Step 3:
Add 1 teaspoon of acetic essence to the onion, pour boiling water, mix and cover with a lid.
Step 4:
Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Lubricate the inner sides of the mold with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in the first layer in a mold with a ring to form a salad. Add a layer of homemade mayonnaise to the potatoes.
Step 6:
Use a fork to knead the fish in a plate and add the next layer of salad to the mold.
Step 7:
Chop the dill very finely.
Step 8:
Drain the onion through a sieve and rinse under running water.
Step 9:
Add finely chopped dill to the onion and mix well, spread a thin layer into the salad. Add a layer of mayonnaise on top of the onion.
Step 10:
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Step 11:
Distribute the carrots in the next layer in our salad and cover with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater.

Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.

Mix the egg and cheese well.
Step 15:
Spread the last layer into our salad and lightly press down with a fork.
Step 16:
Remove the mold and remove the central ring.
Step 17:
Cut kiwi into thin rings.
Step 18:
We spread kiwi rings on top of our salad.
Step 19:
Decorate with dill twigs, bell pepper and carrot flowers.
Step 20:
We put the salad in the refrigerator so that it is well soaked.
