Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, put on fire. When the water boils, put the chicken breast in a saucepan and boil until tender: the approximate cooking time is 20-30 minutes. Remove the finished breast from the broth, cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, hold in cold water until completely cooled. Peel and cut into small cubes. There is a special round strainer with square cells - you can handle cutting eggs with it in seconds.
Step 3:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4:
Take a salad dish. We spread the chicken fillet with the first layer, smear it with mayonnaise on top. First we make a grid, and then we smear it with a spoon.
Step 5:
We spread half of the eggs with the second layer, the second half will go to the formation of the pig's head. Also pour mayonnaise and rub it.
Step 6:
Spread the prunes with the third layer, smear with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Lay out the nuts with the fourth layer. It is not necessary to grind them, although it is optional. I took halves and quarters of nuts. We also apply and smear mayonnaise on top.
Step 8:
Next, slide the eggs in the part of the salad where the pig will have a head. Pour mayonnaise on top of them.
Step 9:
Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese. We cut three circles from the sausage and make a piglet and ears out of them. We install them in their places. We insert the eyes of green peas. Decorate with fresh dill. Our pig is ready!
