So, we take the horseradish root, peel it and grate it or pass it through a meat grinder. The main thing is to finely chop. Now add sugar, salt, lemon juice to it (it can be replaced with apple cider vinegar), sour cream and mix everything thoroughly. We take the ham, cut it into thin slices, spread our mixture on them and, rolling into rolls, spread it beautifully on lettuce leaves. It can be fixed with special skewers. Decorate the top with sprigs of parsley and olives. Be sure that your guests will really like this spicy snack!
