Cooking method
Rice can be used pre-cooked or cooked directly for snacks. Jasmine rice is cooked simply. First, it is washed several times until the water becomes completely transparent, not cloudy. Then pour water in a ratio of 1:2 and send it to a minimum fire. Cook the rice for 10-15 minutes from the moment of boiling. We leave the finished rice under a closed lid for another 10 minutes to infuse it. That's all. Now you can use the right amount of it to prepare snacks.
1. We drain the oil from the cod liver, it will not be useful in this recipe. We spread the right amount of liver on a paper towel or on a strainer, let the oil drain. Cut the well-dried liver into small pieces.
2. We put the eggs in a saucepan, fill it with water, send it to the fire. Cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then we transfer them to a container with cold water, cool them down. When the eggs cool down, peel them from the shell and cut into cubes.
3. Peel the onion from the husk, cut into thin strips. The recipe uses red shallots.
3. Apples are washed, dried. Cut into thin slices. It is best to choose juicy fruits of the sweet and sour variety. Apples that are too soft won't do.
4. We put the boiled jasmine rice in a bowl. Here we also put krill meat, cod liver, chopped onion and eggs.
5. Fill the ingredients with yogurt, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Yogurt in the recipe uses a natural classic, without fillers and additives. If desired, it can be replaced with mayonnaise.
6. The resulting mass is laid out on apple slices, decorated with herbs and immediately served on the table.
Bon appetit!
